If you exceed the data limit of your selected plan, your connection speed may be temporarily reduced. (This does not apply to plans with unlimited data.)The data limit resets at midnight Japan time, and your normal speed will be restored. Thank you for your understanding.

We will deliver your item to your specified location, such as your hotel or office, at the date and time of your choice.
Please note that we do not ship to Okinawa or other remote islands. Kindly submit your order by 11:59 PM (JST) at least four days prior to your desired delivery date.
Courier delivery is available to hotel addresses only. Orders to residential or vacation rental addresses may be canceled. Any re‑delivery fees will be charged to the customer.

Returns are accepted by mail only, and no return fee will be charged.
Mail Free
Return the package using the included return envelope through any postbox or post office in Japan. There's no need to send it from the same location where you picked it up.

Extensions are currently unavailable.
Compensation Fee List (Not Subject to Tax)
In the event of device damage, loss, or theft after the rental start date, the following compensation fees will be charged. In case of loss or theft, you must provide an official certificate from a Japanese police station or other public authority. In the event of any such incident, please contact us immediately regardless of whether you are enrolled in the Damage Protection Plan or not.

Late Fee
Devices not returned within 14 days of the due date will be considered lost and charged accordingly.
If the device is not returned within 14 days after the return deadline, it will be considered lost, and the compensation fee listed above will apply.
About Cancellation
- The cancellation deadline is 4 days prior to the start date at 11:59 pm (JST).
- After the deadline, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
