Important Notes

To complete your application, you will need a valid email address and credit card information.
After you have submitted the application form, a confirmation email will be sent with the details of your reservation. If you do not receive the confirmation email or if there are any errors in the application details, please contact us immediately.

About Payment

Payment can only be made by credit card. The charge will be processed at the time of your online application or when you complete payment through the dedicated payment screen. Please note that any additional charges (such as optional services or extension fees), as well as refunds due to schedule changes or cancellations, will be handled at the time of pick-up or return. As a result, your credit card statement may show two or more separate transactions. Thank you for your understanding.

Pick-up is available at our service counters in major airports throughout Japan.

Delivery ¥550(tax included)

We will deliver your item to your specified location, such as your hotel or office, at the date and time of your choice.

Please note that we do not ship to Okinawa or other remote islands. Kindly submit your order by 11:59 PM (JST) at least four days prior to your desired delivery date.

Please note that courier delivery is only available to hotel addresses. Orders to private homes or vacation rentals will be canceled.

The fee is ¥550 (tax included) per unit.

Return

We accept returns by mail only.

Please return the device from within Japan. If you need to return it from outside Japan due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us in advance.

Mail Free

Return the package using the included return envelope through any postbox or post office in Japan. There's no need to send it from the same location where you picked it up.
