We may transfer your personal information to countries outside Japan when using cloud services or other international platforms. When we do so, we implement appropriate security measures in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

・Connection logs: One year from collection

After the retention period expires, we securely delete your information or render it permanently anonymous.

Any identity documents you provide when requesting access to your information are used solely for verification purposes.

We securely destroy these documents within three months of verification and do not use them for any other purpose.

Our service welcomes users of all ages, but if you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent before signing up.

(2) For access requests: "Request for Personal Information Disclosure"
(3) For corrections, deletions, or to restrict use: "Request for Correction, Deletion, or Restriction of Use"

When submitting a request, please provide one of the following:

(1) Your customer number
(2) Your email address on file

If we cannot verify your identity with the above, please provide a copy of one of the following documents:
(a) Valid driver's license
(b) Passport
(c) Resident card
(d) Foreigner registration certificate

If a legal representative is making a request on your behalf, we will require proof of their authority in addition to the documents listed above, such as:
(1) Official family register (koseki tohon)
(2) Legal registration certificate
(3) Other official documentation proving legal authority

(1) For requests to know what data we hold or for access to your information, we charge a postage fee.
(2) Please include a postage stamp of the appropriate value with your request.

We ask for your consent to this policy when you sign up for our service.

You can withdraw consent for marketing emails and communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our messages or contacting us directly.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. The updated policy will be posted on our website and becomes effective on the date of publication.
